INGREDIENTS:

Cucumbers, seeded & cubed: 2

Buttermilk: 2 cups

Mint leaves, fresh: 2 sprigs

Ginger, chopped: 1/2 ”

Green chili, seeded & chopped: 1

Lemon juice: 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Black peppercorns, finely crushed : 4 – 5

 

METHOD

1) Put cucumbers, ginger, green chili & lemon juice in a blender.

2) Blend till smooth.

3) Stir in buttermilk & chopped mint leaves.

4) Season with salt & crushed black peppercorns.

5) Garnish with mint leaves & serve chilled.
