Ginger, chopped: 1″

Brown sugar: 1 tbsp

Lime zest: 1

Lime juice: 1

Watermelon, cubed & seeded: 3 cups

Mint leaves: 3-4

Sparkling wine/water: 1/2 cup



1) Heat a non-stick pan, saute’ lightly ginger, brown sugar & lime zest for 2 mins on med flame.

2) Add lime juice & cook till it dries up.

3) Cool & transfer into a blender.

4) Add watermelon, 2 mint leaves & sparkling wine/water.

5) Puree until smooth & strain.

6) Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves.

NOTE: This is God send recipe on a hot summer, blistering day. Enjoy!
