Oil to deep fry: 1 cup

Cottage cheese cubes: 300 gm

Flour: 6 tsp

Bread crumbs: 1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp

Red chili powder: 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Soy sauce: 1 tsp

Capsico: 1 tsp

Tomato ketchup: 1 tsp

Lemon juice: 1 tsp

Cornflakes, crushed: 1/2 cup



  1. Take a wok, add oil to deep fry.
  2. Take a bowl, add 3 tsp flour, 1 tsp breadcrumbs, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, soy sauce, capsico, tomato ketchup & lemon juice.
  3. Mix well & add little water for it to reach the right consistency, dip cottage cheese cubes, then coat with a mix of 3 tsp flour & the rest of breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat with cornflakes & deep fry till pale golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with a sweet chili dip of your choice.                                                                                                                       NOTE: This is a crispy, fiery starter. Capsico is a hot pepper sauce & lends a unique flavor to the dish. Enjoy!
