Baby corn, blanched : 12

Salt to taste

Red chili powder: 1 tsp

Cooking oil to deep fry: 1/2 cup


Olive oil: 1 tbsp

Garlic, chopped: 2

Tomato puree: 6 tbsp

Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp

Vinegar: 1 tbsp



1) Marinate baby corn in salt & red chili powder.

2) Heat cooking oil in a wok & deep fry them till golden brown. Remove.

3) For garlic sauce, heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic & saute’ for 30 seconds.

4) Add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, vinegar & mix well.

5) Sprinkle salt & mix well.

6) Pour over the fried baby corn & serve hot.

NOTE: The tasty, nutritious baby corn just got yummier. Enjoy!
