INGREDIENTS:

Prawns: 300 gm

Ham, sliced: 100 gmimage

Flour: 2 tbsp

Cornflour: 1 tbsp

Eggs: 1

Soy sauce: 1 tsp

Garlic, chopped: 2

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp

 

METHOD

1) Make a slit on both sides of the prawns.

2) Thread a piece of ham through each & flatten out the prawns & keep aside.

3) Place the flour, cornflour, salt & black pepper powder in a bowl.

4) Stir in beaten egg, garlic & soy sauce.

5) Dip the prawns in the batter & fry in hot oil till golden brown .

NOTE: The yummy prawns just got yummier. Enjoy!
