Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Lettuce leaves: 20

Cottage cheese, cubed: 150 gm

Spring onions, chopped: 2

Carrots, julienne: 1

Ginger, julienne: 1 ”

Veg stock: 4 cups

Sugar: 1 tsp sugar

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp

Red chili flakes: 1 tsp

Vinegar: 1 tsp



1) Heat a saucepan, heat oil & saute’ cottage cheese cubes till golden brown. Remove.

2) Add spring onion white, carrot, ginger for 1/2 a minute.

3) Add veg stock & cook on high heat until it boils.

4) Add soy sauce, sugar,salt & black pepper powder.

5) Add cottage cheese & lettuce, hand torn.

6) Mix well. Stir in red chili flakes & vinegar.

7) Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onion greens.
