Carrot julienne: 2

Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Sugar: a pinch

Coriander powder: 1 tsp

Salt to taste



1) Take carrot julienne, pour olive oil, sugar, coriander powder & salt.

2) Cover a casserole with an aluminium foil & place the carrot julienne.

3) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 deg C for

20 mins.
