INGREDIENTS:

Potatoes, boiled & mashed: 2

Flour: 2 tbsp

Cornflour: 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Chaat masala: 1 tsp

Olive oil: 4 tbsp

Garlic, chopped: 2

Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp

Honey: 4 tbsp

 

METHOD

  1. Take a bowl, add potatoes, flour, cornflour, salt & 1/2 tsp chaat masala.
  2. Mix well & make small roundels.
  3. Heat a pan, add olive oil & shallow fry the potato balls till golden brown.
  4. Place them on a platter.
  5. Heat another pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil & add garlic.
  6. Saute’ for 30 secs, then add red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp chaat masala & mix well.
  7. Dribble honey & then season the sauce with salt.
  8. Mix well & pour over the fried potato balls.                                                                                                                                        NOTE: This is a super easy, super delicious recipe. Enjoy!
