INGREDIENTS: 

Curd: 2 cups

Mint, chopped: 1 tsp

Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp

Oregano: 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves, chopped: 1 tbsp

Potato, boiled, peeled & cubed: 2

Lemon juice: 1 tsp

 

METHOD

1) Whisk curd, ensuring no lumps are formed.

2) Stir in mint leaves, black pepper powder, oregano, salt & coriander leaves.

3) Add in potatoes & mix well.

4) Sprinkle lemon juice & stir well.

5) Serve chilled.
