Prawns, king sized: 6-8

Lemon juice of 1

Red chillies fresh, chopped: 2

Garlic, chopped: 2

Onions, chopped: 1/2

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves: 1 tsp


Lemon juice of 1

Fish sauce: 2 tsp

Garlic, chopped: 1

Coriander leaves, chopped: 1 tsp

Red chilli fresh, chopped: 1

Sugar powder: 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp

Noodles, boiled: 1/2 cup

Oil to deep fry: 1 cup



1) Marinate prawns in lime juice, red chillies fresh, garlic, onions, salt, black pepper powder & coriander leaves for about 10 mins.

2) For the dipping sauce, take a bowl, add lemon juice, fish sauce, garlic, red chilli fresh, sugar, salt & black pepper powder.

3) Stir well & refrigerate.

4) Take satay sticks, poke the marinated prawns from their tail reaching to the mouth of the prawn.

5) Take 3 strands of boiled noodles & wrap each prawns.

6) Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the satay sticks.

7) Serve with the dipping sauce.

NOTE: Prawns anyway have a great taste of their own, yet they taste even better this way. Enjoy!
